TERMS OF SERVICE

1. What WChat is

WChat is a clip discovery leaderboard. Visitors may purchase a "W" for exactly $1.00 USD. A W is a paid digital reaction that increases a clip's public W count and affects its position on the WChat leaderboard.

2. What a W is not

A W does not, and is not intended to:

• enter the purchaser into any drawing, sweepstakes, contest or lottery;
• provide any chance to win anything;
• entitle the purchaser to money, prizes or payouts;
• provide any financial return, yield or profit;
• create any ownership interest in the clip, the creator, or WChat;
• constitute an investment, security, token, or wager of any kind.

WChat is not gambling, is not a sweepstakes, and is not an investment product. WChat does not pay creators in this version.

3. One W per person per clip

Each person may purchase at most one W on any individual clip. A person may purchase W's on multiple different clips. Attempts to circumvent this limit may result in refunds, cancellation, or loss of access.

4. Payments

The price of a W is fixed at $1.00 USD and is determined server-side. Payments are processed by our payment provider; WChat never stores raw card details. A W is only counted after the payment is confirmed and captured server-side. Refunded, failed or reversed payments are reconciled and removed from authoritative totals.

5. Content

Clips are curated by WChat and embedded from their original platforms with attribution and a link to the original. WChat does not claim ownership of third-party content. Rights holders may contact us to request removal.

6. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to manipulate leaderboards, abuse checkout, scrape at scale, or interfere with the service.

7. Changes and liability

WChat may change or discontinue clips, leaderboards or the service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding 30 days.
