What to include in a DMCA notice

• The WChat clip URL you are reporting.
• The original work and where it was first published.
• Your contact details and relationship to the work.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorised to act for the rights holder and that the use is not authorised.

WChat embeds clips from their original platforms with attribution and does not rehost video files. Verified requests are actioned promptly; the clip is unpublished while historical payment records are retained for accounting.
