REFUND POLICY

A W costs exactly $1.00 USD, one time. There is no subscription and no recurring charge.

Requesting a refund

If you were charged in error, charged more than once for the same clip, or a clip was unavailable at the time of purchase, email support@wchat.lol with the date of the charge. We aim to respond within 5 business days.

Effect on leaderboards

Refunded, failed and reversed payments do not count toward authoritative W totals. When a payment is refunded, the corresponding W is removed from the clip's public count and daily totals. The underlying transaction record is retained for audit purposes rather than deleted.

Chargebacks

Chargebacks are treated as reversals and reconciled the same way. Repeated abusive chargebacks may result in loss of access.
